In addition to being a dedicated and experienced business coach, I am a devoted father and husband, and a 24 year Navy Veteran. After a life in the military and several years as a program manager and executive manager working on military contracts, I discovered a need to contribute to my community. As a skilled business manager, it became evident that coaching others to see lasting results in their business was where I found my calling. Today I work with business leaders to help them find measurable results, to relieve the burdens of an underperforming team or business, to increase the time they have to spend with friends and family, to finally live the life, not just the dream, of a truly successful leader.

I am a nationally recognized Business Coach, John Maxwell Team Member, Employee Engagement Strategist, Licensed Program Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP), active public speaker and radio guest, and Small Business owner. Focused on providing current and effective business development strategies, I strive to acquire and maintain quality business certifications. Maintaining these certifications allow me to make an even greater impact in my clients' lives and businesses.

As a small business owner, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life.
